On March 12th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Seth Ingalls, 36, of Jamestown, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated.

Ingalls was pulled over for driving through a red light at the intersection of Tiffany and Allen Streets in Falconer and after failing several SFSTs, Ingalls was placed under arrest. Ingalls was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .17. As Ingalls’ driving record revealed a DWI conviction within the preceding 10 years, the charge was upgraded to a felony. Ingalls was then processed, issued tickets and released. Ingalls is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month.
