On March 11th, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Peter Lucas, 42, of Forestville, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The Troopers received a complaint from a subject who reported that the night before, she was in an altercation with Lucas. Further investigation revealed that an argument between Lucas and the complainant turned physical, including Lucas striking the complainant when she was feeding an infant. Lucas was placed under arrest and processed at SP Fredonia. Lucas was then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
