On March 11th, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Tammy Denison, 63, of Cassadaga, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Denison was pulled over for committing a traffic violation on Stockton-Hartfield Road and after failing several SFSTs, Denison was placed under arrest. Denison was transported to SP Fredonia where she provided a breath sample of .10. Denison was then processed, issued tickets and released. Denison is scheduled to appear in the town of Stockton Court next month.
