On March 3, 2022, at 8:51 pm, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Dain O. Kilian, 38 of Warsaw, NY for Criminal possession of a controlled substance and commit unlawful manufacturing meth 2nd (C-Felony).
On March 3, 2022, Troopers were dispatched to assist a Parole Officer in need of assistance on SR 20A in the town of Warsaw. Upon arrival Kilian was found in possession of hydrocodone and oxycodone without a prescription. Kilian was also found in possession of methamphetamine manufacturing supplies and arrested and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Kilian was arraigned in the town of Warsaw and was remanded to Wyoming County Jail without bail.
Kilian’s return court date is in the town of Warsaw for March 7, 2022.
