On February 16, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Chad R. Crawford, 47, of Hinsdale, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.
Troopers investigating a one vehicle accident on Sherlock Hollow Rd in the town of Hinsdale observed Crawford exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication and determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Crawford was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.28% BAC.
Crawford was released with appearance tickets for Hinsdale Town Court, where he is due to appear in March.
