On February 20th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Robert Gardner, 53, and Barbara Nickerson, 55, both of Gerry, for Harassment 2nd Degree.
The Troopers responded to a residence in Gerry for a report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that during an argument, Nickerson struck Gardner in the face and later in the day, Gardner pushed Nickerson. Neither party was injured. Nickerson and Gardner placed each other under citizen’s arrest and were then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
