On January 19, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Dorothy G. Douglas, 24, of Olean, NY, for Petit Larceny.
Troopers investigating a shoplifting complaint at Rons Smoke Shop in the town of Carrollton determined Douglas had stolen a carton of cigarettes valued at $28.00.
Douglas was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Carrollton Town Court, where she is due to appear in February.
