On March 13th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Brian Person, 36, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Person was pulled over for committing a traffic violation on American Place in Jamestown and after failing several SFSTs, Person was placed under arrest. Person also admitted to recent opiate usage. Person was transported to SP Jamestown where a urine sample was secured. Person was then processed, issued tickets and released. Person is scheduled to appear in the city of Jamestown Court on a later date.
