Elizabeth A. Giannini, 94, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on August 24, 2020 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Thorold, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret (Speirs) White.
On September 2, 1950, she married Emidio P. Giannini at Holy Rosary Church in Thorold, Ontario. Mr. Giannini predeceased her on February 27, 2019. Betty loved to shop and play cards. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her family.
Elizabeth is survived by three children, James (Darlene) Giannini, Robin (Mark) Letty and Randolph (late Lynda) Giannini, four grandchildren, James Giannini II, Rochelle Giannini, Dane Giannini and Justine (Matt) Teator; two step-grandsons Jason (Judith) Watkins, and Ryan (Carrie) Krawec; three great-grandchildren, Elyssa, Brianna and Landen, four great step-grandchildren, Kilty, Adea, Padhraig, and Ellie. She was predeceased by seven siblings, and was the sister-in-law of the late Rose (late Stephen) Fetcho.
Visitation will be on Friday, August 28, from 4 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, 14304. Elizabeth’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Parish at St. Leo’s Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Everyone please assemble at church. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
