On August 7, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Donald R. Wilson, 30, of Kill Buck, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
During a traffic stop on U.S. Route 219 in the town of Great Valley, Troopers determined Wilson had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Johnston was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed impairment.
Wilson was released with appearance tickets for Great Valley Town Court, where he is due to appear in September.
