On August 7, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Tyler J. Fisk, 28, of Belmont, NY for Grand Larceny 4th Degree: Theft of a Firearm, Grand Larceny 4th Degree: Theft of a Credit Card, Burglary 3rd Degree, and two counts of Petit Larceny.
Troopers investigating the theft of items at residences in the village of Belmont and town of Amity determined Fisk had stolen those items.
Fisk was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Amity Town Court and Belmont Village Court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
