On August 5th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Michelle Miller, 37, of Frewsburg, for Driving While Intoxicated. Miller was pulled over on West Perimeter Road in Steamburg for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Miller was placed under arrest. Miller was transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .14. Miller was then processed, issued tickets and released. Miller is scheduled to appear in the town of Cold Spring Court on a later date.
