On July 19, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Marian Guarino, 54, of Clarence, NY for Driving While Intoxicated after striking a stop sign.
Guarino was operating a 2020 Lincoln on Shimerville Road when she attempted to turn east on The Fairways in the town of Clarence, NY and struck a stop sign. Further investigation revealed Guarino had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Guarino failed standard field sobriety tests at the scene and was transported to SP Clarence for processing where she submitted to a chemical breath test indicating a .11% BAC.
Guarino was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court for future arraignment.
