On July 15, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Misty L. Willis, 54, of Clarence, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
Willis was operating a 2015 Dodge Ram on Main Street in the town of Clarence, NY when she was stopped for inadequate headlights. Further investigation revealed Willis had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Willis failed standard field sobriety tests at the scene and was transported to SP Clarence for processing where she submitted to a chemical breath test indicating a 0.12% BAC.
Willis was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court for future arraignment.
