PRESS RELEASE
On July 4, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Jessica M. Cook, 30, of Wellsville, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers investigating a UTV accident on Petrolia Road in the town of Wellsville determined Cook had been operating the UTV while in an intoxicated condition. Cook was then arrested and transported to Jones Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Cook was released with appearance tickets for Wellsville Town Court, where she is due to appear later this month.
