On July 1, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Daniel J. Fry, 51, of Lockport, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
Fry was operating his 1998 Volvo on Salt Road, in the town of Clarence when he was stopped for littering from his vehicle. Further investigation revealed Fry had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Fry failed standard field sobriety tests at the scene and was transported to SP Clarence for processing. He refused a chemical breath test and was issued appearance tickets for DWI for future arraignment in the town of Clarence.
