On June 30, 2019, SP Amity Troopers arrested Christopher L. Houck, 27, of Farmersville Station, NY for Driving While Intoxicated: Previous Conviction Within Past 10 Years.
During a traffic stop on State Route 243 in the town of Rushford, Houck was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Houck was then arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.12% BAC.
Houck was released with appearance tickets for Rushford Town Court, where he is due to appear in August.
