PRESS RELEASE
On June 30, 2020, at approximately 12:15 am, State Police arrested Jacob Saunders, Jr, 29, of Lockport, NY, for DWI and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following traffic stop on East Canal Rd in the Town of Pendleton.
Troopers stopped the vehicle that Saunders was operating pursuant to a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. Subsequent to Field Sobriety Testing, Saunders was taken into custody for DWI. He was also found in possession of marihuana. Saunders was transport to SP Lockport for processing and a breath test revealed his BAC to be .10%. He was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Pendleton Court.
