PRESS RELEASE
On June 29, 2020, at approximately 11:43 pm, State Police arrested Todd A. Gailie, Jr, 29, of Gasport, NY, for Felony DWI, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation following a one vehicle accident that occurred on Phillips Rd in the Town of Newfane.
Troopers were called to the scene of the accident at approximately 11:08 pm. The vehicle being operated by Gailie had run off the road and into the woods. Subsequent to Field Sobriety Testing, Gailie was taken into custody for DWI. He was also found in possession of marihuana. Gailie was charged with Felony DWI, UPM, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Newfane Court.
