On May 24, 2020, at approximately 7:10 am, State Police arrested Mario Norris, 48, of Lockport, NY, DWI following a 911 call of an erratic operator.
Troopers were dispatched to a report of an erratic operator on Robinson Rd. in the Town of Lockport. After locating the vehicle, it was determined that the operator, Norris, was intoxicated. Norris was transported to SP Lockport where he refused a breath test. He was processed and taken to Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
