PRESS RELEASE
On May 23, 2020, at approximately 1:01 am, State Police arrested Joseph Donelson, 40, of Lockport, NY, for DWAI Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following a traffic stop on Robinson Rd in the Town of Lockport.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Donelson was operating for a vehicle and traffic violation and determined that he was impaired. Donelson was transported to SP Lockport where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert. He was also found in possession cocaine and marihuana. Donelson was charged with DWAI Drugs, CPCS 7th and UPM, and was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Lockport Court.
