On April 26, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Juwan T. Plaud, 26, of Olean, NY for Driving While Intoxicated: Previous Conviction Within Past 10 Years.
Troopers investigating a UTV accident on ten Mile Road in the town of Carrollton determined Plaud had been operating the UTV while in an intoxicated condition. He refused to perform standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Plaud was then arrested and transported to Olean General Hospital for treatment. He refused to submit to a chemical breath test.
Plaud was released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to appear in June.
