Anne Marie Aliff, born November 24, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA, died peacefully on March 23 after her battle with cancer at Niagara County Hospice.  She was the daughter of Henry and Julia Sztohryn. Anne graduated from Germantown High School in 1970.  Anne worked for GE for over 20 years, followed by Honeywell until her retirement.

Family was most important to Anne.  Within the short 9 months of battling cancer, she fought hard to stick around for those she loved.  Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like.  There was no quit in Anne.  Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight; she merely passed that fighting spirit onto her daughters.

Anne is survived by her husband David, her daughters Carly and Natalie, and son-in-laws Andrew and Jason.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.  Her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Niagara County Hospice.
