WARSAW — A 49-year-old Warsaw man was charged on March 14 with driving while impaired by drugs and failure to obey traffic device.
According to New York State Police, at approximate 11:05 p.m., Troopers stopped David A. Zeches on State Route 19 for going through the intersection while the traffic light was red. Zeches was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs. Zeches was taken into custody and transported back to SP Warsaw for further evaluation and processing. A Drug Recognition Expert Anthony Phillips was contacted for further evaluation of Zeches.
Zeches was issued traffic tickets returnable to the village of Warsaw for April 6, 2020.
