ALLEGANY — A 19-year-old Bolivar man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass following an investigation by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Troopers investigating a trespass in progress at a residence on Birch Run Road in the town of Allegany determined Jordan T. Wells had attempted to enter the residence through a window, but retreated when he realized a male occupant of the residence had seen him.
Wells was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
