YORKSHIRE — A 35-year-old Colden man was charged Thursday with petit larceny after New York State Police say he stole from a convenience store.
According to the NYSP report, Troopers investigating a theft of a Red Bull beverage from the 7-Eleven store located on State Route 16 in the town of Yorkshire determined Brandon J. Szczypierowski had taken the beverage without paying for it.
Szczypierowski was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Yorkshire Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
