Scouting the Opponent
- Hampton opened its season with a 1-0 victory over Virginia Military Institute on Thursday. Junior Ayana Garvin scored the only goal for the Lady Pirates.
- Sophomores Kynnedy Waldon and Lauren Flick each had two goals last season to lead the Lady Pirates.
- Senior goalkeeper Maya Andrews has a 2.5 goals against average and has started 13 out of the past 14 games.

- Sundays contest serves as the second match up between Canisius and Hampton.
- The first meeting was Hampton’s first game as a colligate program, where Canisius won 16-1 on Aug. 21, 2015.
