STAFF REPORTS
WEST YORKSHIRE — New York State Police Machias are investigating a two vehicle, fatal accident which occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. at the intersection of West Yorkshire Road and Savage Road.
One person was deceased at the scene. One person was transported to Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville and transferred to Erie County Medical Center for further treatment. A third person was treated at the scene.
Charges are pending further investigation
