FILLMORE — A 21-year-old North Tonawanda man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Saturday.
According to New York State Police, Daniel R. Connelly was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication during the traffic stop. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Connelly was then arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.12% BAC.
Connelly was issued appearance tickets for Hume Town Court, where he is due to appear in August.
