ANGELICA — A 39-year-old Lansing, Mich. woman was charged Saturday with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
According to NYSP, during a traffic stop on Interstate 86 in the town of Angelica, Troopers discovered Jannette Z. Mangual-Mendez to be in possession of approximately 53 grams of marijuana. She was arrested and transported to SP Amity for processing.
Mangual-Mendez was released with an appearance ticket for Angelica Town Court, where she is due to appear in July.
