MACHIAS — A 43-year-old Machias man was charged Thursday with petit larceny by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Troopers investigating the theft of items from a residence located on Maple Avenue in the town of Machias determined Jason A. Passmore had taken the items, valued at $4.60.
Passmore was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Machias Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
