EDINBORO, Pa.— Amir Hunter (Buffalo/Hutch Tech), Austin Becker (Broadalbin/Broadalbin-Perth), Donovan Sibblies (West Babylon/North Babylon) and Ty Theobalds (Jamaica/Springfield Gardens) posted a victory in the 4×400-meter relay to lead Buffalo State this afternoon at the Edinboro University Al Hall Freedom Games.

NOTABLES
- The 4×400-meter relay team post a winning time of 3:27.97, two seconds faster than two Division II Slippery Rock University teams.
- Collin Snyder (Buffalo/JFK) and Tom Sayles (Jamesville/Fabius-Pompey) each posted third-place finishes in the high jump (clearing 1.85m) and the pole vault (3.70m) respectively.
- Benjamin Fairweather (Brooklyn/Kurt Hahn Expeditionary) was fourth in the 200-meter dash (22.84), while Parris Strickland (Rochester/Brighton) led a trio of Buffalo State sprinters in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.74. Larry Durski (Blasdell/St. Francis) and Keshawn Jones (Rochester/UPREP) finished sixth (52.95) and seventh (53.60) respectively.
- Thrower James Wilson (Buffalo/Tapestry Charter) posted a sixth-place finish in the weight throw with a distance of 12.34 meters and was seventh in the shot put (12.10m)
- Josh Glaub (West Seneca/West Seneca East) finished eighth in the 1-mile run with a time of 4:46.63.
