The Canisius indoor track programs will not be traveling to Ithaca, N.Y., Saturday afternoon to compete in the Upstate Challenge due to Winter Storm Harper, head coach Nate Huckle announced Saturday morning.
On Friday evening, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced a state-wide travel ban for all tractor-trailers and busses on state thruways and interstates, due to the impending weather.
The Golden Griffins’ next scheduled event is the Youngstown Invitational, Feb. 1-2, in Youngstown, Ohio.
