SINCLAIRVILLE – A 20-year-old Jamestown man was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to New York State Police, Troopers observed an occupied vehicle parked on the shoulder of Sinclairville Drive Extension with its lights out. While speaking to the occupants, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle and placed Jesse Lees under arrest after he was found to be in possession of a bag containing four grams of marijuana and two pipes containing marijuana residue. Lees was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Gerry Court next month.
