CLARENCE — A 63-year-old Clarence woman is facing DWI charges after police say she struck a vehicle stopped at a light on Harris Hill Road at Main Street on Monday.
According to New York State Police, when Troopers responded to a report of a two-car property damage accident, Kathryn Smith failed field sobriety tests and was transported to State Police Clarence where she refused to provide a breath sample. Smith was charged with misdemeanor DWI, issued a traffic ticket and released with a return court date in Clarence.
