PANAMA — A 44-year-old Panama woman was charged Monday with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a crash on Route 474.
According to New York State Police, Tracy Haberberger was driving west on Route 474 in Panama when she exited the roadway, striking and causing damage to a utility pole. Haberberger was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown where she was evaluated by a Chautauqua County Drug Recognition Expert. Haberberger was determined to be under the influence of Suboxone and Marijuana and after securing a urine sample, Haberberger was processed and issued tickets returnable to the town of Harmony Court. Harberberger was uninjured in the collision.
