JAMESTOWN — A 21-year-old Jamestown man was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Foote Avenue. 
According to New York State Police, Javier Morales Camacho was pulled over for a traffic violation and while speaking to Morales Camacho, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Morales Camacho and his vehicle revealed a jar containing three grams of marijuana. Morales Camacho was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the city of Jamestown Court next month.
