KENNEDY — A 22-year-old Erie, Pa. man was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Michael Lichtenberger was pulled over for a traffic violation and while speaking to Lichtenberger, the Troopers observed a pipe containing marijuana in plain view inside the vehicle. Lichtenberger was placed under arrest and issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket. Lichtenberger is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court on a later date.
