STAFF REPORTS
On November 21, 2018 Troopers received a report of damage to the Clarence snowmobile trail near Kraus Rd in the Town of Clarence. Two vehicles were found stuck and abandoned on the town owned trail. Both vehicles had caused damage to the trail which is intended for snowmobile use only.
Investigation revealed that the first vehicle driven by Edward Aghabekyan attempted to drive on the trail and became stuck. A second vehicle driven by Zachary Floss then attempted to tow the first vehicle out and also became stuck. Both caused damage to the trail.
Zachary Floss and Edward Aghabekyan were both arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th and released with a return court date in Clarence Town Court.
