On November 22nd, 2018, Troopers conducted a traffic stop after observing a Ford F-150 speeding on State Route 18 in the town of Yates. Troopers interviewed the operator, Kevin J. Frasier, who was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Frasier failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He was arrested and transported to SP Albion, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.23% BAC.
Frasier was released with appearance tickets for Yates Town Court, where he is to return December 2018.
