A 38-year-old Jamestown man was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree on November 24, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Timothy Snyder was pulled over on Route 62 in Conewango for a traffic violation. A check of Snyder’s license revealed that his driving privileges in New York had been suspended and that there was a stay-away order in effect directing Snyder to avoid all contact with his passenger. Snyder was placed under arrest and processed at SP Jamestown.
Snyder was then arraigned in the town of Conewango Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
