A 48-year-old Coudersport, P.A. woman was charged with DWAI – Drugs on November 23, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of an erratic operator on State Route 417 in the city of Olean. After locating the vehicle and conducting a traffic stop, they determined that Shauna N. Rightnour had been operating her motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Rightnour was arrested and transported to SP Olean for processing.
Rightnour was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Olean City Court in December.
