The featured show of this week is Night Slaves LP Release Show. Thats right! Buffalo legends David Kane and John Toohil return with a new release (on a limited pressing of transparent gold vinyl!) This Friday at Buffalo’s own home for original music – Mohawk Place. But this isn’t just a normal set (even though those are far between). Night Slaves open the door to another incarnation of their ever evolving sound. Performing with a full band for the first time they will be playing all of their new album NS3. Opening up the night is Skin Sh*t – Nola Ranallo of CAGES and Mark Kedzierski of GOD OF GAPS present new noise and a supreme sonic experience. & uncertain – A post-industrial music project working with the occult and it’s dark and sublime nature. Abstract animal songs, ritual instruments, and Blake-like writing. Spanning numerous genres with highly visual ritual-like live shows. Doors open at 8:00pm this Friday, November 23rd for the Ages 18 or older event. A $10 cover at the door succumbs your body to this sonic onslaught. Buffalo’s underground local music scene is full of obscurity, and the only way to really enjoy it is to dive right in at a great show!
