A 35-year-old Bradford, PA man was charged with DWI on November 9, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop on East State Street in the city of Olean, officers observed that Matthew J. Lonzi was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.06% BAC.
Lonzi was released with appearance tickets for Olean City Court, where he is due to return later this month.
