On November 6, 2018, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) stationed out of SP Niagara arrested a 17-year-old male for Rape 1st (B Felony), Rape 3rd, Sex Abuse 1st (Forcible Compulsion), Sex Abuse 1st (Physically Helpless) and Sex Abuse 2nd (Physically Helpless).
On September 19, 2018 the BCI were notified of a possible sex crime through New York Department of Social Services Child Abuse Hotline. Further investigation revealed that the suspect had forcible sexual contact between multiple 15/16-year-old girls.
The suspect was arrested and processed at SP Niagara and arraigned at the town of Lewiston Court and posted the $5,000 cash bail.
