A 47-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman from Portville were charged with Criminal Nuisance on November 3, 2018 stemming from a previous incident at their home.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to the report of a large fight in progress near the 7-Eleven store in the village of Portville on July 7, 2018. Continued investigation eventually revealed that the fight began as the result of an underage drinking party held at the home of Willaim C. Geise, and his wife, Crystal L. Geise.
Both parties were arrested and released with appearance tickets returnable to Portville Village Court in December.
