A 17-year-old Clarence woman was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment 2nd on October 27, 2018 following an incident at the Clarence Walmart.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of an irate employee causing a disturbance at the Clarence Walmart. Investigation revealed a 17-year-old employee became angry over a job assignment. The dispute escalated, and the subject began knocking over merchandise and harassing other employees. Upon arrival, Troopers encountered the irate employee, who refused to comply with commands and was subsequently pepper sprayed and arrested. Nobody was injured during the incident.
The teen was processed and was released with an appearance ticket to return to Clarence Court at a later date.
