A 34-year-old Jamestown man was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on October 28, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, William Bailey was pulled over on Route 60 in Jamestown for a traffic violation, and while speaking to Bailey, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Bailey and his vehicle revealed a bag containing two grams of marijuana. Bailey’s license also had a total of four suspensions.
Bailey was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month.
