A 46-year-old Hornell man was charged with Criminal Contempt on October 19, 2018 following the report of a violation of an order of protection.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to the complaint at a residence in the town of Almond. Their investigation revealed that Christopher A. Kautz had contacted a protected party, which was a violation of the terms of the order.
Kautz was arrested released on an appearance ticket returnable to Almond Town Court later this month.
