A 61-year-old New Hudson man was charged with Criminal Contempt on October 14, 2018 following the report of a dispute.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a dispute in the town of New Hudson. Their investigation determined that Ted C. Ferris had violated an order of protection and that Ferris also had a warrant for his arrest on the same charge from the Olean City Court.
Ferris was arrested and arraigned in Friendship Town Court, and was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $100 bail.
